Weakened dramatically over thirteen furlongs here last month. That was her stable debut and her first outing since last September. Could come on significantly for that race, and drops in trip with first time cheekpieces applied. Her mark is only five pounds above that carried to victory at Ffos Las last year, and she could surprise at huge odds.

Up one pound after finishing third at Ffos Las, her second decent effort since making her nursery debut over seven furlongs here in July. She's up to a mile today but is bred to get at least this far, and receives a fair chunk of weight from all those ahead of her in the betting. Slowly getting the hang of things and should be in the mix.

Ran as if needing the outing when beating only two home at Wolverhampton last month. Weak in the betting today even for a big-priced outsider, running from outside the handicap proper, and has never won on grass. He does, however, have the benefit of Jack Nicholls' three-pound claim, and it's only twelve months ago that he finished runner-up at Ffos Las, beaten only a neck. If reproducing anything like that form he'd be competitive, and I can't resist having a small each-way interest, though another no-show wouldn't surprise me either.

Clashes once more with Fallacious Promise, the pair having fought out the finish at Kempton in July. Many view the runner-up as being unlucky that day, but in my opinion he had the opportunity to win if good enough, and Roi De Coeur should be up to confirming his superiority at today's weights.

Finished strongly from a very unpromising position to fill the runner-up spot at Newcastle last time. The filly had previously finished sixth but was beaten less than four lengths over today's course and distance when not getting the best of runs. Granted a trouble-free passage today, she looks a strong contender.

Gradually finding his way back to form following an absence of over 19 months, he has been eased three pounds since finishing only four lengths off the winner in a very competitive race at Newcastle in June. No surprise if he were to turn the tables on his Newcastle conqueror today, given his improving profile.

Made the frame in two outings in July but was found wanting in a better race at Cork last week. Back in calmer waters today, he looks eminently capable of outrunning his double-figure odds.

Flat winner who produced her best run over hurdles for her current handler when third on handicap debut at Downpatrick in June. The mare has failed to build on that in two subsequent outings, but runs off a four-pound lower mark today, and Gary Noonan rides for the first time.

Billy Loughnane is aboard the odds-on favourite, but I expect jockeys' championship rival Oisin Murphy to get the better of him aboard Creciente. Trainer Brian Meehan has his string in fine order, and his filly runs off the same mark as when beaten only a nose last time out. Today's extra furlong could suit.

The gelding was unable to live up to the promise shown in a couple of maidens when pulled up on handicap debut here in May. He gave a much better account over an extra half mile to finish runner-up at Killarney last month. He may improve further with another step up in trip and looks a danger to all.
